Tried a reinsurance coverage arbitration on behalf of a pool of US reinsureds seeking a recovery from off shore reinsurers; after detailed arbitration evidentiary hearing and multiple submissions, established reinsurance coverage for insurers and recovered 100 cents on the dollar on a $5 to 10 million claim
